[동향보고] 호주, 국가 목록에 14개 화학물질 추가

호주는 산업용 화학 물질(AIIC*) 목록에 14가지 물질을 추가했습니다.

* Australia’s inventory of industrial chemicals

지난 10월 17일 정부는 2019년 산업 화학물질법(Industrial Chemicals Act 2019) 제83조*에 따라 아래 7개 물질이 목록에 추가되었다고 발표했습니다.

¡ 1-Propanaminium, 2-hydroxy-N,N-dimethyl-N-[3-[(1-oxododecyl)amino]propyl]-3-sulfo-, inner salt (CAS# 19223-55-3)

¡ 2H-Pyran, tetrahydro-3-(phenylmethyl)- (CAS# 60466-73-1)

¡ 7-Nonenal, 6,8-dimethyl- (CAS# 899810-84-5)

¡ 9-Decen-2-one (CAS# 35194-30-0)

¡ Hexanal, 6-cyclopentylidene- (CAS# 111998-18-6)

¡ 2H-Pyran-2-one, tetrahydro-5-propyl- (CAS# 214335-70-3)

¡ 1,3-Dioxane, 2-(3,3-dimethyl-1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-2,5,5-trimethyl- (CAS# 1853175-99-1)

또한 정부는 10월 24일 동법 제82조*에 따라 아래 7개 물질이 목록에 추가되었다고 발표했습니다.

¡ 1H,3H,5H-Oxazolo[3,4-c]oxazole, dihydro-3,5-bis(1-methyldecyl)- (CAS# 1001161-63-2)

¡ 2-Propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, butyl ester, polymer with butyl 2-propenoate, ethenylbenzene, 2-hydroxyethyl 2-methyl-2-propenoate, methyl 2-methyl-2-propenoate and 2-propenoic acid, tert-Bu 2-ethylhexaneperoxoate-initiated (CAS# 2113663-93-5)

¡ 2,5-Furandione, polymer with 2-(chloromethyl)oxirane, .alpha.-hydro-.omega.-hydroxypoly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) ether with 2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol (3:1), and 4,4′-(1-methylethylidene)bis[phenol], 2-propenoate, reaction products with diethanolamine (CAS# 345910-11-4)

위 물질을 제조 또는 수입하는 회사는 들여오는 상황이 기존의 평가와 다른 경우 28일 이내에 변경된 사항을 호주 산업용 화학물질 도입 제도(AICIS*)의 비즈니스 포털을 통해 AICIS에 알려야 합니다.

화학물질이 AIIC에 등재되면 AICIS에 등록되고 AIIC 등재의 규제의무를 충족하는 모든 법인은 호주에서 해당물질을 수입하거나 제조할 수 있습니다.
