[Linked in] Jan 20th MSDS : exemption subject for MSDS

According to Article 110(2) of K-OSHA, among substance subject to MSDS creating, substance information (such as substance name and its content) which does not meet the classification criteria under Article 104 of K-OSHA shall be submitted.

Any of the following is the exemption subject above.

①where the submitted MSDS contains all substance information (such as substance name and its content) on non-substance subject to MSDS creating according to Article 104 of K-OSHA)
② In case of submitting a document confirming that all substances do not meet the classification criteria in accordance with Article 104 of K-OSHA excluding substances which are included in SDS after receiving it from non-Korean manufacturer.
