[K-REACH] Government-Owned Hazardous Test Data List (As of April 24, 2025) 

The “Manual for Applying for Approval to Use Government-Owned Hazardous Test Data” and “Test Data List” have been published to ease the burden of securing test data for industry and expand the utilization of government-owned hazardous test data.

The list of test data includes hazard test data for chemicals and biocidal substances.

The data are state-owned property and can be utilized through authorization of use rather than purchase (transfer of ownership).

Please note that it can only be used under application conditions, such as domestic/overseas chemical registration, and cannot be sold. 

The test data can be utilized after applying for approval through the Chemical Information Processing System (https://kreach.me.go.kr).
