[Linked in] Feb 10th K-REACH : Registration and Reporting a chemical substance under K-REACH (part 1)

Hello, This is Safety Assessment Solution Co. Ltd.
The first news of this month would be “Registration and Reporting a chemical substance under K-REACH” within 2 posts.

For the first, we will check about NEW chemical substances, the way to register and report is different by tonnage band. A person who intends to manufacture or import a new substance more than 0.1ton per year shall “REGISTER” before manufacturing or importing, and the new substance less than 0.1ton per year shall “REPORT” before manufacturing or importing. Also, a person who has applied for an exemption from examination of toxicity under the previous Toxic Chemicals Control Act(TCCA) will be “reported” if he/she intends to manufacture or import new chemicals. Check out the attached card about the matters to be noted when registering or importing new chemicals :D
